Commonly used to fasten our flip fronts, these 1/4 turn fasteners are a neat and simple way to attach a panels to the wing, we have pre made brackets available seperately for the inner section of the fastener, making them easier to fit. They sit flush with the panel when fitted, minimising aerodynamic drag.
How do they work? They have a spring section that attaches to the innermost panel via two rivets (not supplied), the outer part of the fastener attaches to the outer panel, and engages with the spring when the fastener is turned 90 degrees attaching the two together.
